GVHD

HI, I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with chronic GVDH (Graft versus Host Disease). I have a leukaemia patient that has had a bone marrow transplant and has started to experience chronic GVHD mainly in the form of Scleroderma - with tightness and tautness of the skin and tightening of ligaments and tendons particularly in knees and elbows. He's currently on Prednisolone 25-40mg per day and Progras (Tachrolimus) antirejection drug has recently been started. While I am going to rep on his presenting symptoms - I would love to hear any past experiences, suggestions to case management (while taking steroids), etc.
I am at present doing mostly body work rather than remedies (this was what he came for) to help him become mobile again - he was bedridden for a long time and muscle atrophy was pronounced, and tendons and ligament were tight anyway even without the GVHD.
Thanks in advance for any help Regards Pauline
