Dystonia

Has anyone treated a case of Dystona with the rare diagnosis of Segawa's Syndrome? This child is normal provided she has 3 doses of Levodopa a day. It came on at age 5 and she is now 11. Mum had something similar at the age of 11 which went away when she was 18 so we are hoping in this case it may go away at puberty.
