Interesting Luise, thanks!
I wouldn't want to assume that therefor one should start "ultra-high"
and then come down... What did you observe about how long he would
wait between doses and between changes in potency, when working this
way in a chronic case? I realize it would be variable.

Hi Shannon,
I have no idea - and neither did Hahnemann, since he never used
potencies above 30 - except perhaps for some experimentation. If so,
he didn't like the results or whatever - anyway he didn't use them. (I
believe Melanie did - at least the 200 C. And v. Boenninghausen also
did)
So, as far as the potencies beyond 30 went we cannot base our useage
on Hahnemann.
What did you observe about how long he would wait between
Until the next appointment.
Regards
Luise

One thought to all who, free of doubt,
So definitely know what's true:
2 and 2 is 22 -
and 2 times 2 is 2:-)

There was a discussion about descending potencies several years ago I think. Someone mentioned a homeopath whose name I forget, who did start "ultra-high" and then came down. I've tried experimenting with starting higher and descending, but the only time it seems helpful is when higher aggravates, as far as I can see. Rima Handley in "The Homeopathic Love Affair" refers to Hahnemann going down in potencies, which is what prompted me to try it.
Regards,
Vera
