sciatic nerve pain - thank you

Thank you to both respondants!
I am forwarding an email with the exercise, and since I am a
geriatric nurse with a PT in-house, I will walk back there right now
for an exercise demo...
I was web-surfing for a chiropractor earlier per hubby's request,
and we have several in the area. I was surprised he wanted to see
one, but I did tell him that all I thought a regular doc would do is
offer pain / muscle meds which don't really 'fix' the problem...so
he was open to 'alternative' practioners.
I will also f/u and try to get him to take the homeopathic
stuff...all I have on hand at home is the 30c Rhus Tox with the
instruction take 4 every 15 minutes if needed for the first hour and
then 4 times a day if the pain doesn't get better or gets worse.
I also bought him one of those OTC icy-hot patches.
Thanks again,
Judy
