How to judge the response to the first intake of yourremedy? (and the consequent doses)

Why anyone would choose 4th edition when you have 5th and 6th edition from
Hahnemann, is beyond me.
Why so attached to dry pills and not paying attention to dose. 1 person
with an aggravation is too much.
