Minutus

Patient yesterday cut her arm requiring 9 stitches (of course they
gave tetanus shot with no questions)... anyway, this is the 3rd
incident of laceration accident to the left arm she has had in her
life.

As toddler, 3 stitches in left pinky finger. As older child, 5
stitches in palm of left hand. As adult, 9 stitches in left arm. All
were "random accidents."

Is this merely an example of trauma repeating itself or is there more
to it? I'm thinking it interesting the cuts are traveling up the arm
and increasing in size as she gets older. Maybe I'm thinking too much
about it?

Her remedy appears to Lac-C. Any thoughts?

Well it would contra-indicate the 'alternation of sides' that is such an important keynote of Lac caninum

Based on other details you might be able to track some desire to
hurt self - but that is hard to imagine when it started occurring at
such a young age...

Perhaps there is some "AWKWARD"ness?

Or you could try potentized "swiss blades"

Of course you might ask why the left side - and look at her coordination/vision/etc. But 3 relatively minor accidents spread over the course of a lifetime just seems in the range of 'normal' if she is an active person.

Thank you both for your responses and both good points. I was overthinking it. I am chalking it up to what Farokh Master refers to as the self-destructiveness that manifests itself as accident-prone in Lac-C. Once I questioned further, it's clear she is very accident-prone, not just cutting her arm!
