NWS - head injury at birth?

I was hoping for some suggestions for this case. 10 year old girl -
always been "strong willed and stubborn." Posterior birth with
suction used. Meconium present - APGAR 3. Mother had flu shot while
pregnant. Craved citrus fruit while pregnant. Baby weaned at 3.5
years. Speech delay until after 2 but no issues now with speech.
Skipped crawling, walked at 9 months. Fever and crankiness after
MMR. Constipation issues began at age 4 mom thinks because she will
not eat fruit (possibly from excess cheese). Will not tolerate fruit
or any fruit flavor of any kind.
Prefers to be alone when upset. Rude and aggressive toward mother.
Jealous of younger sibling (brother born when she was 4). Bossy.
Mom reports she is indifferent to the family pets and other animals.
Craves pasta, cheese, and chocolate. Actually that is all she will
eat, very little veggies, absolutely no fruit. Gags easily, does not
like textures. Will eat cauliflower with cheese and potatoes in soup
which they puree. Loves butter - will rarely eat an egg as an omelet.
Several ear infections before age 4 but none since.
No fears, no nightmares. Difficulty falling asleep at night. Loves
music and Irish dancing. Sings in the church choir. Says one day she
will perform on stage. Believes she will be a rockstar.
Very little physical complaints, mostly mental. Chief complaint is
learning "disabilities," cannot learn to read. Inattentive, ADD,
anger/tantrum issues. She is very difficult to her mom and says to
her, "you hate me." Does not like to be contradicted. When I asked
her if she had any nightmares. She said, "Why would I tell you
that." I said so I can help you. I asked another question and she
said, "You're rather nosy, aren't you."
Mom mentioned she gets migraines that progress until she vomits
which then ameliorates. Both parents have hypertension. Father also
diagnosed with ADD and had same difficulty reading.
I'm thinking Belladonna, Stramonium (especially because she was
stuck in the 2nd stage of labor and had to be suctioned out) or
Mandragora (indicates she feels unloved) ... any thoughts?
However...no fears. I was definitely thinking Tuberculinum
especially given the dairy and fruit agg. but again not much fear.
But so much of Tuberculinum fits. I also considered Tarentula given
the love of Irish dancing, rock music, and other symptoms. And...
Interestingly enough the mom didn't mention the migraines until the
end and then said, "The nurses at the hospital brought her back to
me after an hour because she was so feisty and wouldn't stop crying.
She remembers this one nurse in particular because she washed her
hair." I said, "Really, that's interesting she remembers her from
birth?" And the mom responded, "Well of course she would, she had a
headache and it hurt to have her hair washed!"
Nat Sulph? NWS head injury at birth?
Thanks for helping me think!
