Basic introduction from Roger Morrison (of Carbons fame) on the Kingdoms (with Melissa Burch introducing and managing questions) - he labours the points but that's quite useful - a few case examples nicely and simply outlined. You may find it useful in some way .

I really enjoyed the teleconference with Roger on Saturday and the sections on the kingdoms he presented. Hope to hear from him again, was a great review, and shed some light on some cases for me! Every time I hear another colleague, it helps cement the info!
