what remedies come to mind for a child born with only 4 fingers on one hand and those are not full fingers?
after taking her case i gave her arg. nit. which worked well, but that didn't cover this.

This shows a syphilitic miasm. Why not give Syphillinum as Intercurrent?

You need to look at the whole case for each
All of the symptoms that are significant.
Not routiney go to syphilinum and especially in 1M

Remedies should be given in potency that the person can handle. I would never just give 1m dry or in water.
What is appropriate is the minimum dose and minimum potency. Sensitivity of the patient needs to be taken into account. You could throw some of these people over the edge.

I was thinking in similar lines.
If deformity is consequent to Thalidomide,
we may be wrong taking it as syphilitic miasm.
