Minutus

I have a patient who is doing well for sinus that she has had for ever with Dulcamara. However she told me today that she had Gonorrhoea treated in 1995. I am wondering whether to give her a dose of Thuja or Med both which come up in her rep as an undercurrent some time. What do others think who have come across this before?

In my opinion I ruleout one among the above with peculiarities.
Thuja :-
face is oily ( selenium and natrum mur)
Lippie speaks of the Menstruation of this remedy being proceeded by profuse perspiration ( also veratrum alb)
No cough at Night
Teeth decay at the edge of Gums
sensation as if somthing alive is moving anywhere inside the body
sees strangers in the room
sweats when she sleeps,stops when she wakes
Music causes weeping and trembling of feet.
Extremely scrupulous about the least thing.
sweats only on uncovered parts or all over excetpt head.
drams of falling from the heights
dripping of nose everytime he went to sleep.
objects appear too small

Medorhinum
