FIND THE REMEDY'S NAME (32)

Post by Ardavan Shahrdar »

Find the name of the following remedy:

The patient loves praise. The most prominent mental
symptom is 'longing for good opinion of others'. He or
she is oversensitive to what people think about
him/her. The patient is easily offended and feels that
she is being neglected.

It is mostly a right-sided remedy.

It has also a good affinity for right ovary with a
pain that > company, > flexing thigh, > lying on left
side, < after menses, < motion.

'Itching changing place on scratching'

With best wishes,

Palladium.
The word Palladium comes to English from Greek via Latin. 'Palladion' denotes an image of the goddess Pallas (Athene) of which the safety of troy was believed to depend.
So the character needing Pall in a way behaves as a goddess demanding praise and affection and to be surrounded by loyal subjects!
There is big and famous theatre in London called 'The London Palladium. It helps to remind me how a big show star may behave and how she desire the affections of the public and all those around the stage and how greatly upset they would be if someone criticised their performance!!
