RLHH campaign - update

Hi Everyone who wrote to me individually,
Brief update - I have to be away from the desk until Fri pm........
Thanks so much for your support - I received over 70 emails by return
from people giving words of encouragement and offering suggestions
about how we might proceed from here - most from the UK but also a
significant number from overseas. One thing we know for sure is that
we have a HUGE passionate and very active community that can be
enlisted to offer support at a moment's notice! We should be very,
very pleased with ourselves.
Many of you mentioned the e-petition. In fact I applied for one at
the time I sent out the initial email and am still awaiting its
approval from Number 10 - as soon as it comes through I'll send you
the link for the webpage so that you can ask people to sign - plus
I'll include details of how to contact MPs, and the Royal family. (I
am mindful of not sending too many separate communications for you
then to have to send on.) In the meantime you can maybe sharpen your
quill pens and have them at the ready.
At the time of sending out the initial email I had no idea it would
spread so far and so fast - and regret that I did not already have
the links available then. However given the urgency it seemed to me
that it was worth putting out to a limited group in the meantime -
little did I know! Aslo the email was written specifically for the
homeopathic community - I think I would have written a slightly
different one for public consumption! Plus of course missed out the
typos.....
Hopefully you will all feel able to forward the links when they come
to you to the same groups to whom you so kindly sent the original
email.
Quite a lot has already happened even in the last 24 hours -
questions are being asked, letters written to representatives in the
higher echelons of government and the health service - I have been
contacted by BBC radio 4 - all manner of activity! See how we can
mobilize? Fantastic - thanks to the wonderful internet
For those of you I know personally it is wonderful to hear from you
and rest assured I'll write you individually as soon as I return to
the desk on Friday afternoon. For those of you who asked me for
specific information I'll send it on as soon as I'm back at the desk.
