I had asked people to contact me privately if they wanted a copy so that's why I might have missed your posting - I've been travelling and not keeping an eye on the board. However I just tried to send it to your private email address and it was returned - the attachment is large, over 2MB - so if you have your attachment limit set below that it won't make it into your box - please let me know if you can make adjustments your end and you want me to resend.
