Rubella vaccine

I wanted to get some input about an interesting situation I have come across, a woman who has had repeated rubella vaccines which don't seem to "take"...meaning, she keeps testing as if she has never had one. She had the vaccine as a child, but as an adult, tested negative for the antibodies when pregnant with her first child, so was vaccinated for it after giving birth. When pregnant with the next child, she was routinely tested and again tested negative...and was again vaccinated....same story with next pregnancy.
Homeopathically speaking, does anyone have an idea what is going on?

Vaccine do NOT give immunity. Sometimes after a vaccine the titers will
rise and they say that is immunity but it is not.
Antibody titers only mean exposure in some.
The diseaes is the only thing that can raise antibodies and indicate immunity

so you will see over and over this situation and they are vaccinating the
vital force into severe disturbance.

Titers mean nothing though they say they do.

Vaccine inject a chronic case of an illness and therefore the person can't
get an acute case unless the VF overcomes this

One possibility is that she would have the same response to the disease
itself--none, no susceptibility.

How healthy does she seem over all? The reason for "not catching
anything" (in general, I mean) can be either "that healthy"
("pathogens" are dealt with promptly, no need of any symptoms), or
"that unhealthy/weak" (can't spare the energy to mount symptoms, yet
they are not really well); but I don't know if that would apply to this
situation or not--any impression? Can you say how "vital" she seems in
general, and what's her medical history like?

my understanding is that there quite a number of individuals who simply
reject the vaccine. that this is more common than one would think,
most probably is due to the public propaganda that makes vaccines
appear to be a grandiose health solution to that which is natural and
normative

on a different note:

It is general medical knowledge that in a certain percentage it
happens the way it was described. I think that is true for all
vaccines. There is no immunity factor (real or imagined, Sheri) in the
blood after the vaccination. I do not know whether, in a certain
person, this applies just to one or 2 kinds of vaccs or whether it
applies to all the vaccination s/he gets.

AFAIK, over here at least, this is just accepted - the person is then
considered to be protected by the other, vaccinated, people (where
applicable).

THERE IS NO IMMUNITY AFTER VACCINATION AND THE PRESENCE OF TITERS DOES NOT
MEAN IMMUNITY

like to refer one of the books on "Homoeopathic Alternatives to Immunisation

I read many articles, in Vaccinaton has only created problems only !!!!
