behavior problems and hormones,

Greetings, I am wondering if any one here has had cases of children with behavior and attention problems whos mother was artificially concieved, her own egg and dad's sperm concieved in a test tube then implanted. mom was given a hormone suppository for the first 3 - 4 mo of pregnancy. she delivered twins, the second born was forced delivery, etc. and since this child can not stand touch of clothing, as a baby would kick off any covering and as a child will scream fits and tear / stretch clothing , nothing can be next to skin, large baggy clothing is barely tolerated, and especially the vaginal region can not be touched by the pants.
Any ideas would help greatly, this child has had Tartantula 200C with some results but is not holding, thus not quite the right rx.
I am considering if the hormones mom had are playing a big role here, and if Follic. is needed. I am also next week taking the mothers case.
much appreciated any input
thankyou
