Tremor and Frequent nighttime urination

I am about to retake a case, but would appreciate any input concerning two
particular symptoms. Lady is in mid 80s. She is just now off several
medications and I am hopeful the case will be ?clearer? this time. This is
a dear lady. She is not easy to interview as she considers talking about
symptoms in any depth as complaining, and she does not wish to complain.
Have had wonderful overall progress with all other of her symptoms on
single remedy (based on totality) progressing very slowly up the potency
scale (hence the end of her medications with MD approval), but two symptoms
have never responded: Essential tremor and frequent urination at night. (Of
course MD is pushing more drugs - but I am hopeful homeopathy can help
quickly enough to prevent that problem).
Symptom ? tremor, primarily of hands
Medically diagnosed as Essential (also called familial) Tremor - (not
Parkensons)
Primarily hands ? but on occasion can progress to entire body ? she finds
these events very fatiguing (after the fact)
Some connection to anxiety/anticipation/aggravation (not a common problem
for her - but it does happen) ? but not consistent
Some connection to old back injury ? when weather causes pain ? the next
day the tremor seems worse (Rhus Tox has been given which she reports works
for back pain some days and not others) Also, hypericum was tried but only
limited and inconsistent benefit was reported.
For a period of time there was improvement with supplemental B vitamins,
but now she reports no further improvement
Symptom - frequent urination at night :
No pain, no discomfort, no infection, it just interrupts her rest by waking
her every 2 hours at night (sometimes more frequently)
Normal daytime frequency
Diet changes and timing of liquids in the afternoon and evening have had
no reported effect
Your experiences concerning homeopathic treatment of these symptoms, and
particularly remedies to consider that may not rep well, would be greatly
appreciated.
