First visit to homeopath leaves me uneasy - please advis e

Although a few think that perhaps we are prejudging this doctor, at the very least you had a right to know BEFOREHAND whether or not your insurance covered his services. After all, that was a major factor in your making the decision to bring your son to see him.
And in an off-the-homeopathic-cuff manner, I thrill on those occasions when a remedy just jumps out at me. However, any health care provider should provide more than the remedy, herb, etc.; they are there to provide a bit of the human, personal touch. If he was paid for the hour, he could have given you at least a half hour if for no other reason than to confirm the remedy and to give the patient a sense of satisfaction.
Upon interview, people who sue doctors due so for exactly this reason: they feel that they got the 'bum's rush' and a law suit is the only way to be heard and in a situation such as this it would probably occur if the remedy didn't work.
Lastly, we know that there are good practioners out there and that there is a remedy for you son but what bothers me is that this type of behavior gives us all a black eye.
Grace & Peace :-)
