Dear Rosemary, so glad you are going with the Arnica. After having written
about it to you I couldn't stop thinking that this could be the one. Potency
- you need to address the rapidity of the situation without causing any
aggravation which higher potencies might do - I would stick low and repeat
until..... Anyway good luck, I am sure there are many of us looking forward
