Thalassemia - Please Help Me

Hi Everybody
I am a father of a Thalassemia-Major patient. and he is my son of age
1 yr. 8 months. Is there any solution of this disease in Homeopathy.
If yes please please please tell me. me and my wife both are from
suffering from Thalassemia- minor. He is our only son. very cute. we
are also not rich people. please answer as soon as possible. We are
from India.
