Repertorisation of cracking elbows

Hi,
Am wondering around how to repertorise this unusual action which has
been happening for a few months. Would also value any input if people
have come across this before.
She feels her elbow joints are out of alignment so she regularly
throws her lower arm with force to achieve a cracking noise and
relieves the feeling temporarily. She also likes to pull her fingers
to crack the joints for a similar reason.

I'd look at what else feels disconnected (forsaken?), and especially ask
how she feels before the action - so what feeling is this activity
relieving - rather than looking at the cracking itself as an issue.
