My question is for someone who has no major health issues, maybe a
few minor things but nothing that is life alterting or disruptive,
what are the benefits of classical homeopathy?

My 2 children and I received our homeopathic remedies Monday with
intructions to update her in 3 days (at least for my 2 1/2 year old
daughter and myself...my son has to do the vaccine stuff first). I'm
30 and have no major health complaints...what improvements / changes
should I be reporting?

BTW I personally wanted treated because I felt that in my 2 previous
pregnancies I must have passed on some temperment / personality
traits to my kids that they didn't really need...and I wanted to get
rid of the bad vibes before having another baby...found out after we
consulted the homeopath that I was already pregnant. Also consulted
because of the posibility of passing on toxins to the babies like
mercury from metal fillings which I had all 4 removed back in June.

What a good situation you are in! (Good health for yourself, I
mean!) But as to what you might see improvements in (tho 2 1/2 days???
That I don't understand...), I maybe this is where you'd look. You

my kids that they didn't really need." Remedies *aren't* just for
concrete physical ills, but can also help with emotional (and
temperament / personality) balancing.

One casetaking approach I learned is to ask, "If you could wave a magic
wand and change *anything* about yourself or your life that you want,
what might it be?" Sounds like maybe your changes would involve those
areas?

Good for you, for being proactive about your health and the health of
your kids (even the little one to come!).

First, any classical homeopathy approach is to strengthen the vital
force, that essence that is you, so that you are more resilent, more
active, more present, more vital. At any stage of health, poor or
good, you can obviously see the benefit.

Remedies can take up to one month to work, and their affects can last
much, much longer than that. Some of the things that people may
notice when they first begin a remedy is their energy level improving,
their sleep patterns changing, their dreams becoming more vivid or
memorable, their mood becoming more even or more content. It can be
suble, so don't expect fireworks! Things tend to show up on the
mental or emotional level before they start manifesting on the
physical. However, this is just a generalization...eveyone is
different and responds differently to remedies.

And any remedies that give you benefit that you take now will
definitely help make the baby stronger and more vital as well. If
women can pass on a remedy's affects through their breastmilk, they
can certainly do so in utero! I trust that your homeopath is aware
that there are certain remedies you want to be cautious of in
pregnancy, though, as they can affect uterine contractions, premature
birth, et cetera (mostly in late pregnancy, though).
