I looked everywhere - but found nothing.

Another name for Natrium citricum/Sodium citrate is Citric Acid --- which you will find in the
Materia medicas.

I left off the trisodium from the formula.

So, it is Citric acid with trisodium. My reference did not have this clearly labelled and didn't use
my reasoning brain to check it out further and it was in the wee hours.

If there is no proving of this then you may have to resort to Synthetic prescribing --- using the
picture of Natrums (not just Nat.mur, but the Natrums in general) and the picture of Citric acid and
see if combining them fits your case.Maybe in this vein, also look at the small amount about the rem
Citrus limonum (lemon). Possibly the only info from these are clinical results anyway --- but I may
be incorrect here as well.

"Synthetic Perceiving
It is, thus, possible to 'perceive' images of the various salts (though the provings of some of
these are grossly deficient) by combining the 'essentials' of the two ions at the most general
level. We may regard it as synthesis at the experimental stage and only the results in practice can
be regarded as an adequate confirmation....."

Scholten has shown a clear way to do this which, when there is no other info, may be very useful.
