Yesterday, thanks to molecular hydrogen, I did 5 sprints up my little hill, something that I have not had the energy to do for many months. Today I think I'll go for a leisurely run for a mile and then do my 5 sprints of my favorite little hill.

This is almost a panacea. It is a revolution in health.
