HI Rochelle yes I have come across vaginal lichen sclerosis - in a patient who has psoriatic arthritis. Cant give any advice tho as she is the same afraid to come off the steroids and I found that the remedies were just not getting there (Ars alb did best work in lowering the itch - it was better hot applications and Rhus failed) - plus her compliance is lousy - I suspect her arthritis is a 'loved disease' as it improved(??) her relationship once she was sick! and I suspected the sclerosis was a way of decreasing the demands for sex?? Also has a history of genital herpes. I now only see her when her sciatic pain gets unbearable and she comes in for body work. Regards Pauline

My patient with this also had chronic constipation, anxiety around disease and although presenting quite natrum mur-ish responded well in other respects to Lycopodium.
The vaginal condition didn't respond to anything!
