New Member- Need advice on rx drug tapering

hello all, new member here. Can anybody give any opinions on what
would work to help me through a taper i'm currently going through?? I
am tapering off of a benzodiazepine. I have tried the local markets
products like coffea cruda 30c, and phosphorous 30c. Cant really tell
that they worked though. My main symptoms that i currently have are
jittery feelings, hands tremble at times, and anxiety type symptoms.

Herbal Avena Sativa tincture is what I give my patients. Stops the trembles!!! Good luck and keep at it but it is important to taper down very slowly.

The benzodiazepines considered minor tranquilizers are a class of drugs with
sedative, hypnotic, anxiolytic, anticonvulsant, amnestic and muscle relaxant
properties. Benzodiazepines are often used for short-term relief of severe,
disabling anxiety or insomnia. Long-term use can be problematic due to the
development of tolerance and physiological and psychological dependency.
They are believed to act on the GABA receptor GABAA, the activation of which
dampens higher neuronal activity. They began to be widely prescribed for
stress-related ailments in the 1960s and 1970s. Their chemical structure is
based upon diazepine and phenyl groups.

My sincere recommendation is that you should NOT withdraw any drug without
supervision and knowledge of the person who prescribed them for you.

Homoeopathy is SAFE, but only in well trained hands. I feel that it would be
a great mistake for anyone to attempt to self-prescribe in such a situation.
(A sage said that a homoeopath who self prescribes, has a FOOL for a
patient.)

You need to consult with a competent homoeopath to resolve the reasons for
which you were prescribed the drug in the first instance and then assist you
with its withdrawal.

Thanks for the info. My dr is well aware of me tapering off, Its
been almost a year and a half since i started the drug and am pretty
much almost done tapering. I just hate that i have a weak nervous
system that is easily stimulated where probably a healthy nervous
system wouldnt. What makes it harder is that i am somewhat of a
musician, and it is extremely difficult to play in front of even
friends and family because i get nervous and jittery hands that
definitely arent good for guitar playing

I recommend...the mother tincture of avena sativa 10 drops two to 3
times daily till the conditions imrove. Also among the bach flower
remedies i recommend mimulus, walnut and larch.

from the point of homeopathy few drugs of gelsemium 200c should
relieve from the jittering and anxiety.... but u need to use it most
sparingly. Before that....acid sulph one dose in 200c potency would
a better start.....
