quack buster activity?

Just curious if anyone else has had a flurry of odd activity on professional email and via telephone? Over the years I receive a call now and then that is obviously a quackbuster type trying to get me to use the forbidden words 'diagnose', 'cure', etc. So far I have found them rather obvious and have stayed clear of any problems. Lately there are all sorts of emails supposedly from someone who is having a bad reaction to homeopathic remedy they 'self prescribed' and wanting me to respond with what to do. When I responded that they need to seek out a professional homeopath close to them, the story changes, they were under the care of a homeopath but he was no good. I would not be so suspicious, but I've received 5 like this in the last week. Is this a new form of 'quack buster' activity?
