Tanya,
I don't know that particular make, but many makes of essential oils are adulterated, mixed with inferior carrier oils when sold as pure etc. As a rule, if you put a drop of essential oil on a piece of blotting paper or similar it should dry without leaving a mark, or perhaps a very faint one. that's one way to test. In addition, oils should never be used neat (there are exceptions to this but not many) and they don't mix with water so that's the same as neat use (for all those who toss oils into the bathtub). Sniffing them is just as potent as swallowing them as they go into the bloodstream. Many oils are also photosensitive and people should be careful about going into the sun with them. I think overuse of essential oils - in burners, on the skin etc. - should be taken into account as a possible cause (exciting or maintaining) of illness in the same way that allopathic/recreational drugs are.
I learned a method of giving aromatherapy oils orally, instead of or in addition to conventional meds. The pure oils are extremely strong, some even stronger than many antibiotics used today. Several oils - e.g. oregano - contain phenols, a substance you can find in disinfectants like Lysol. For the most part, I've found that the oils work in the same way as conventional meds and are suppressive for that reason. I had a chronic sinusitis case which I treated many years ago with aromatherapy and the sinusitis disappeared. Now I'm treating the same patient with homeopathy and one sign I expect to see as part of the treatment is some kind of return, hopefully transient, of the sinusitis. I also had a motion sickness case which I treated with aromatherapy, and when I treated the same patient in homeopathy for other problems with the indicated remedy (Cocc) - the motion sickness came back for several days, then went again. It's all very interesting!
