Hi Brian

I used one of the spray bottles that you would use for spraying plants;
they hold about a litre of water. I turned the nozzle to a more
concentrated stream and gave a quick squirt. As she was quite a
distance from me it wasn't too powerful and wouldn't have hurt.

Hi Brian

No problems at all, I too am always interested in the minutia of cases.
I used one poppy size pill in 4oz of water and then gave 10 succussions
and took a teaspoon and added that to 16oz of water. I didn't want to
risk overdosing her, especially as I couldn't be precise with how much I
was giving. I am very sensitive to remedies myself so I know how awful
an aggravation can be, consequently I usually tend to go easy on the
dosing. I only up the dose on those that I know can cope with higher
doses or if I am not getting results.
