I would look at Ars, (painless+ suspected food poisoning+ splutter, ), China, Arg Nit , Crot Tig (if gushing and empties all in one go), nat s. The walking amel ( gentle motion amel ?) also may point out some. As the case has gone into the chronic stage, the one 'big' remedy for all the sx is needed. IMO the diarrhea+ modalities specific ones might just not be enough.
