Which Rx is it that likes to be at an even temperature all the time? I am sure there is one and can't remember which it is.

Arsenicum alb., Verbascum and Ranunculus Bulb., among others, have
aggravation from "change of temperature".

(But there are many other remedies with the same rubric, including
Carbo veg., Mag.-c., Caust., Puls., Sabin., Acon., Alum., Graph.,
Lyc., Nux v., Rhan. s., Rhus tox., Sngia t., Sulph. and Veratrum.)

Mercury is famous for being aggravated by both hot and cold, and I
think there are some others too.

Rochelle, don't know if any of this will help but found:

Sulphur (Pulford) desires an even temperature.
(from another MM) - worse slightest change of temp.

Sticta - worse, sudden change of temp.

Lyss - least variation in temp.

Sabadilla - slightest change in temp.

Thanks for all your replies. This not so much a "change in temp" but prefers to be at one temperature 75deg F. I know Mercury is one and wonders if there were others. She just feels more comfortable at that temperature.

Phosphorus is the other 'human barometer' and also Nat Carb but there
are many others and I still think the 'change in temp' rubric would
apply (+ barometer, + skin sensitive to atmospheric change etc) but
maybe it is a thing about change in general and also sensitivity,
sensitive to change or things new and having to cope with these
changes. Perhaps that is a theme running through. Carc comes to mind
and especially Ignatia that is so sensitive to all sorts of impressions
both external and internal.

I would add that wanting to be comfortable at 75 isn't particularly a
sx unless that kind of sensitivity is involved. Best wishes, Joy

How does it make her feel? This would give you a reason other than she just likes it to be 75 ----
many people, are happy for the temp to stay at around 75 --- that is quite common ----- why
doesn't she like it hotter, or colder? You may uncover more idiosyncracies this way
