Minutus

I don't know whether you remember this case but I did give him Causticum in the end and it got rid of his acne for about 3 weeks. It has returned this week and I have repeated the Causticum at the same 200C potency. I haven't discarded the idea of a Baryta for him in the future though for various reasons. However the scarring from the acne is a definite purple/blue colour. So I am asking if anyone have any suggestions to help clear this discolouration up.
