Joy, I'd like to thank you for your contributions to the list.
Your knowledge of the materia medica astounds me.

And Chris, I always look forward to your perspectives & point of view.

Gratefully,
Michele.

Oooh, I am humbled and blushing although I will take the opportunity
do a bit of soft selling - you might want to buy the book (which is
actually going to be a DVD, available next year sometime) and also to
mirror Chris's point that this is an excellent list and with some very
fine contributors, and although Ardavan is quiet these days it is
wonderful for him and us that there are now so many members discussing
the finer points of homeopathy. Thanks and best wishes to all, Joy

Here's just a little bit of info

It's going to be a DVD because I know I can produce that much cheaper
and so keep it cheaper for people to buy and also it will contain some
photography and possibly some filming (my own, to accompany the text),
so having moving images dictated the idea of a DVD but also because so
many of us now use computers more than books in our homeopathic
practice - except myself ironically :-)

It is going to be entitled "Rubrics of the Mind for the 21st century",
divided into 5 sections - Terror - Waste - Damage - Endurance -
Wilderness, and each section will have a selection of rubrics that
pertain to these definitions and a number of remedies that appear in
those rubrics will be written about, in all approximately 65 remedies.

For example, in Terror the rubrics and remedies represented will be:-

ailments from being abused = lyssin; seneg; formica;
child awakens terrified, knows no-one, screams and clings
to those near = borax; cina;
terrifying apparitions in twilight = berberis;
everything seems wrong = coloc; naja;
delusion an abyss behind him = kali carb;
thinks she is accused = laur; zinc;
delusion room is like the foam of a troubled sea = secale;
sees thieves = sol t e; petroleum;

Light reading as you can see :-) and I hope that gives you a 'flavour'
of what I am trying to achieve.

I'll let you know more nearer the time of finishing. Thanks for asking.
Best wishes, Joy
