Soroush,
I feel differently about the main and sub/rubrics:
Kidneys - suppression of urine; the person is holding back or
suppressing their urine.
Then I saw the subrubric after the main rubric, "fever with." It
doesn't say, "fever from", but with fever. In the days that this
subrubric was written, maybe the prover or the homeopath thought that a
person with this heat, was interpreted as a fever. A fever is an
elevated body temp, for any length of time.

Dear Bill
I do not think this applies to these symptoms.
The meaning of 'Kidneys - Suppression of urine - fever, with' is that
the person has a fever and at the same time their urine is suppressed
(usually they would be in a bad way because of kidney failure).
In the given case, there is nothing wrong with the system other than
the person holds on to a full bladder and then gets the hot flush.
