I do not think this applies to these symptoms.

The meaning of 'Kidneys - Suppression of urine - fever, with' is that the
person has a fever and at the same time their urine is suppressed (usually
they would be in a bad way because of kidney failure).

In the given case, there is nothing wrong with the system other than the
person holds on to a full bladder and then gets the hot flush.
