Oils

The problem with most oils is that they seldom work transdermally.
Coconut is excellent indeed (as long as it's not hydrogenated, of
course!). If asked, I would also recommend sesame oil, which is
absorbed relatively deep into the skin. (Grapeseed oil is also light
enough to penetrate the skin, but its nutritional value is probably
much lesser than that of sesame oil.)
