Nausea from anxiety/now EFT?

Dear Hahnemannian

In answer to your query why I did not persist with the EFT for the anxiety is that my patients come to me for a homeopathic consultation as this is my primary therapy. I then make an assessment whether a) I feel that might benefit from EFT or TAT (I am also a trained BSFF and FREEWAY practitioner but never use them) b) whether they would accept EFT as part of their treatment.

After using EFT on them and them seeing how well it works I will give them homework to do using EFT from set ups we arrive at by discussing the issue. I will use EFT with them on subsequent visits as needed when I see what remains. I have my patients in for at least 2 hours for the first consultation and that is only leaves enough time to touch on EFT. Sometimes they return and say that EFT is not for them which is absolutely fine by me as I go with what the patient wants. I rarely use EFT on its own. I did recently for someone who said she was fearful of taking a Rx but wanted to come and chat. I only used EFT on her for the first consultation but when she returned we did more EFT and she was then able to accept a Rx from me (Ars!!)

Last week I had a couple in who had experienced a frightening break-in. They came separately as they had separate issues. They were both former homeopathic patients of mine. The male I did some EFT and gave him his probable simillimum Rx that had worked so well on him previously (Nat Mur 200) - He had Nat Mur issues concerning the break in.(Leave me alone- I don't want to talk about it). His partner had different issues and having just given birth 3 weeks previously, is breast feeding and the baby seemed totally unaffected so I really didn't wish to give her a Rx if I could help it as it will go through the breast milk. EFT collapsed all her issues, mostly using reframes. I have only treated this woman during her pregnancy - both times for acute problems which went away with the Rx- and I have no idea what her simillimum is.

Just an idea of how I work and I am quite happy working this way as it seems to work for me and my patients:-) After all they do return for more of the same!!

Good - if it works for you then that is how you might want to
continue.
Thanks for letting us know of your approach,
regards
