Arsenicum album has that.

Arsenicum was my first thought but I didn't give it to her because she not a chilly person and prefers the cool to the heat. So I then thought of Ars Iod but she really is too overweight for the Iod bit!!! I am just repping the case at the moment and that is why I wanted to know which rubric to take!!!

Neither am I (not at all), but just two days ago Arsenicum alb. (C 30,
dry) saved my... well, perhaps not my life - but certainly a night.
(It was a severe case of anxiety-induced nausea.)

Not that I am pushing Arsenicum alb. as the optimal solution in this
case - just sharing an experience. -:)

She only gets the anxiety when she is out on her own or with her 5 yr old. It is because she thinks she will have a panic attack and nausea. She is fine if with her husband. Causation - it started when her mother had cancer and she had to go to the hospital to see her and has got worse since a miscarriage when she passed the foetus in the bath. The emotion from the later event seems to have collapsed with EFT.
I actually gave her to start with - good old Carc!! Lots of Carc indications.
