If you are a patient- Ars alb is very good for allergic rhinitis...

If you are a practitioner here goes

(Tongue In Cheek )-

There are 3 different grave outcomes- medicine does nothing,
aggravates or ameliorates- aggravation or amelioration may be followed
by cure or more aggravation-

No reaction is the best news…. No problem to solve- still the same old
complaints… patient might be happy with status quo

Aggravation may increase the sneezing, if present , so much so, some
patients have lost their noses- or they so much turn and mutilate
their noses when they put the tissue to their noses to control the
discharge, that they look like boxers who lost too many fights…
or the aggravation may make them so anxious they will never enter the
clinic but stand outside sipping water or washing their hands in a
clean bathroom…

Amelioration is not without risks either- Ars might make them so free
that they become addicted to it and pursue it thru all potencies and
end up with the dreaded CM as a dry dose…Ars might become tonic to
them and they may start galloping around the place….

Unfortunately it might cure them too….at least for a while- this might
reduce the fee the doctors could extract and this might lead to the
doctor prescribing complex mixopathy to generate income- and lead to a
fall in the standards of homeopathy around the globe…

Or it might cause a death by suicide- which some people call permanent
cure- end of miasmatic line…. Assisting vis medicatrix naturae in
eliminating the poisonous life from polluting collective unconscious
as postulated by Carl Jung.

Seriously- friend – what kind of answer did you expect? How would
anyone suggest anything at all for what you asked…

If it is the right medicine and right potency-go ahead- if there has
been a lot of allopathic use ( nasal drops, steroid etc) I would
expect aggravation - moreover was it prescribed just based on
"allergic rhinitis" or something else
