atypical psoriasis case- thoughts on Rx

I have repped all the skin stuff together and Sepia comes up quite high.
With the consideration that this may have started at the start of menses and
that it was > pregnancy and flared up badly after, so there is a hormonal
link, what chance that this could be a viable Rx to give her.

Presenting complaints- Psoriasis

Presentation - red circular patches

The psoriasis started on her head at age 14 (she is now age 45) - no
aetiology and worked downwards to
her back, buttocks and legs. She does have some on her arms. It is
not on her trunk and rarely on her face. It was at its best when she
was pregnant but exploded out a few days after the births. It is for the sun and > salt
water.
