Some practice related questions....from a fence-sitter (aka mongrel)

No one could claim 100% and I like to live with and learn from my
failures. But I would say and always have said that Homeopathy is only
as good as the practitioner.
I like to refer clients after 3 rx because I know by then how much time
I have put into the case and know that I can't go much further, unless
the client actually wants to.
I always say it is my work that has been wrong when I fail.

No, not in my practice anyway. I refer to other homeopaths. But if they
showed an interest in other 'systems' I would try to help make an
informed decision - always their choice not mine
It is the homeopath that fails and sometimes the relationship between
client and homeopath is at fault as well.
It is always the client's decision.
I only encourage allopathic tests if applicable and not invasive but
don't always put a great deal of reliance on the answers - it depends
on the potential seriousness of the case - if one suspects heart
disease, thyroid, when you need to know if bone is involved as opposed
to ligament, tendons, X-rays are useful (even though the thought of
them makes me cringe)
If I cannot supply time to the case, i.e. emergency, or I don't have
the rx in stock and there is no time to get it and no other homeopath
is available quickly we are obliged to advise emergency allopathic
treatment so I cannot really answer outside of the legal compulsion
This will always be discussed with the client at length - they decide
how long they stay, not me, but as above I would refer if and when I
think I should

If you mean in my locale - I am out in the sticks and quite rural in
location, the nearest homeopath is about 5 miles away
that is up to the client, I don't have that kind of power over my
clients

client, then they can decide

Not particularly, although if there were an epidemic and people were
responding to the same rx it might be interesting from a pathological
point of view to see if labs came up with similar info but I don't have
that kind of time and large scale epidemics for me just haven't
happened, it would be just out of curiosity because how would you
evaluate that info and act on it
Why give it any name - just listen to what the client says about it.
I have clients doing all sorts of things to test for worms - who knows
what causes worms to occur apart from susceptibility.
Not always, often it is obvious either through observation or through
case taking.
It shouldn't, but it is down to the practitioner.
They would be time consuming in this country and waiting on an answer
could be wasting valuable time vis a homeopathic prescription
