Intentional tremor

Does any have any rubrics that refer to an intentional tremor. (and the remedies under it)
I can only find one in phataks rep with 6 Rx under it but none seem to fit the picture I have.
He only trembles when he actually tries to direct his hand to do something - like eat, pick up something , turn a page, use computer etc
The more he tries the worse the tremor gets.
Quite a bit of anxiety involved esp the longer he has this complaint. Has taken away his independence.
Started after a family argument where one of his sons 'lost it' with his daughter (who is particularly difficult) He could cope with the daughters loss of control but was devastated by his sons normally calm nature becoming so aggressive and loud. After the argument the son went outside and just 'screamed out his frustration - as a release - it was this that affected him. Fear that neighbours might hear.
The man is of Chinese origin and this is a huge 'loss of face' for him.
He has much grief in his background
Mother died when he was 2, Sister died when he was 6, Father died when he was 18
Was sent to Boarding school at 12-3 and says this was the first time he ever belonged anywhere.
History of hayfever/sinus, asthma, high blood pressure
optic chiasm adenoma found 12 mths ago which is pressing on cerebral artery re checked 6 ths later with no changes
2 x raised myocardial enzymes but no evidence of an MI
Supresses anger
craves salty foods
Since the tremor started has also lost his sense of taste and his appetite is down (hates having to be fed)
Depression, anxiety, crying a bit lately, frustration anf guilt re his wife having to carry most of the burden
Quite closed emotionally
Ex school teacher/headmaster
Retired - 69 yo
Any help gratefully received
Pauline
