Sycosis & Common Gonorrhea 3

Dear Mininus,
My respected colleague, Will Taylor, has taken up the view that
gonorrhea Neisserian is only a sub acute disease and not a chronic miasm.
He like Dr. Ardavan, point out correctly that genital warts are caused by
HPV. Thus they opine means Hahnemann's sycosis is HPV and has nothing to do
with gonorrhea N. From what I have seen in the Paris casebooks this is not
the whole story.
Hahnemann's general pattern in treating primary infections of gonorrhea
N was to start of with remedies like cannabis, clematis, copaiva, cantharis
and once the inflammatory symptoms were calmed to follow up with remedies
like Thuja, Nitric acid and Cinnabaris. Why did he always give these deep
acting antisycotic remedies when treating gonorrhea N? I believe the answer
is quite simple. He thought that gonorrhea N was a sycotic diseases that
need antisycotic treatment. This is how he practice so it must be what he
thought!
I do not agree with Will Taylor about the nature of gonorrhea N. My
experience and the experience of many great homeopaths has show that
gonorrhea Neisserian has the potential to cause chronic constitutional
disorders, especially when suppressed! Just because we now know that
genital warts are caused by HPV does not change this clinical fact. To
reduce gonorrhea N an acute diseases is a grand mistake! Ove100 years of
clinical experience show otherwise!
I believe that sycosis may have related subspecies that tend to thrive
in a similar terrain and often piggyback one upon the other. Many case
histories show that after the suppression of gonorrhea N the patient lost
their memory, became confused, developed yellow green to brownish foul
catarrhs, suffered from fishy smells, dark hairy patches, arthritis,
rheumatism, heart disease, kidney disease, kidney stones, PID, cysts,
tumors, cancer, and yes, even warts, moles and flecks! Gonorrhea N seems to
increase susceptibility to warts, moles, flecks and other skin tags. These
persons become extremely susceptible to a host of non syphilitic venereal
disorders. These symptoms have been removed by careful homoeopathic
treatment and in some cases the original suppressed gonorrheal discharge
comes back! This is proof positive that the cause of these symptoms was
suppressed gonorrhea N.
I have also seen persons who had suppressed HPV with no history of
gonorrhea that develop joint pains, backaches, foul smells, pelvic
diseases, kidney problems, mental confusion, etc. As of yet the allopaths
have yet to make these links! Let us not leave our methods for the
allopathic view about HPV and gonorrhea N. They don't understand
suppression and constitutional sequels. Our methods are the group cases and
a deep study of the time and progression of the symptoms after suppression.
It also includes evidence from the reversal of symptoms to the Causa.
I have also seen chronic sequels appear after the suppression of genital
chlamydia and trichomoniasis. Psora involves the suppression of mites,
bacteria, fungi and herpes, etc. The common denominating factor is a
similar susceptibility based on the internal terrain, the same disease
pathway and a homogeneous set of chronic symptoms. This has lead me to
believe that like psora, sycosis, may have more than one microorganism
involved. It may involve a spectrum of related infections that tend to come
together just like those who are susceptible to psoric often suffer a host
of skin infections.
The miasma animalcule may be killed or removed but the internal
deranged vital force continues to degrade the inner terrain making it more
susceptibility to a spectrum of non syphilitic venereal infections that
piggyback one upon the other. The chronic effects of suppression leads to a
particular type of autoimmune and immunodeficiency disorders that we call
"sycosis". This change in terrain opens the door to a host of opportunistic
infections and makes them more virulent. The suppression of these symptoms
only adds more and more complex disorders related to sycosis.
Why can't sycosis involve a spectrum of elated pathogens like gonorrhea
N, HPV, HSV 2, chlamydia, and other non syphilitic venereal infections just
as psora involves mites (scabies), bacteria (leprosy, staph, strep),
fungi (ringworm, tetter, tinea) and viruses (herpes)? I believe Hering was
right when he said we must be open to subspecies of chronic miasms. L.
Pastur first focused on the organisms but on his death bed he said that the
organism are nothing - the terrain is everything! The suppression of
miasmas produces great changes in the internal terrain that increases
susceptibility and makes a spectrum of pathogens more and more damaging!
Sycosis is an internal terrain or internal climate that produces a
homogenous set of chronic symptoms not just an infection in the allopathic
sense of the word.
Now I have no problems with pointing out that HPV is the cause of
genital warts, etc. I do, however, have a big problem with calling
gonorrhea N an acute local disease! Over a century of documented
homoeopathic records show that this is simply NOT TRUE! Great Masters have
offered a number of cases that show that the suppression of gonorrhea N.
causes chronic diseases of many sorts. Many have traced the symptoms from
the original gonorrheal infection to the suppression to the development of
chronic sequels. They have given the anti-miasmic remedies according to the
symptoms and the symptoms were removed and the suppressed discharge came
back. These cases are proof positive that gonorrhea N produces chronic
diseases!
James Kent wrote:
"So it is often the case that a man with a thick, yellowish-green
discharge from the nose, after a dose of Calcarea, which is an
anti-sycotic, one of the deepest in character, has his old discharge
brought back, and he says: "Doctor, I am not able to account for this, for
I have been nowhere but with my wife."
- It is time to sit down and tell that man that in his earlier life he
had a gonorrhoea, and that its nature was sycotic; for if it had not been
of a specific character, it could not have transferred itself to the man's
economy, affecting in that way his nose; that it has disappeared from its
new site under the action of a truly homoeopathic prescription, and the
original discharge has been brought back, the trouble that he had in the
first place.
- This must be explained to him, and you can now tell him that he is a
position to regain his health, to become well, to get rid of his catarrh;
but that if he meddles with that discharge from the penis he will never
recover.
- Just this kind of a case has been seen so often that there is no longer
a doubt about it.
- It is in the nature of gonorrhoea to go to the surface in the earlier
stage, and so when the catarrh comes on in vigorous constitutions soon
after the suppression of the discharge from the uretha it may locate itself
in the nose, but if the catarrh does not come on soon the constitution is
too weak for the catarrh to represent the disease, and it will be
represented on deeper tissues.
- Bright's disease may come, breaking down of the lungs, breaking down of
the liver, rheumatic affections of the worst form, finally killing the
patient."

Evidence such as this show that gonorrhea N is not a local acute
disease! Many homoeopaths have had similar cases. It is hard to ignore the
return of an old suppressed gonorrhea.
Kent wrote:
"- Of course, the books will tell you that gonorrhoea is not a
constitutional disease; but when gonorrhoea will produce warts, and
gonorrhoeal rheumatism, and will last throughout life, and children be
brought into the world with the same disease, how are you going to get
around it?
- There was a young man in the St. Louis City Hospital who had been there
many months, and who was so sore in the bottoms of his feet that he could
not get around; he had to leave his business, he was a baker.
- Finally his old employer came to me and wanted to know if I could do
anything for young man.
- I did not know anything about the nature of his disease.
- I told him to bring the young man to me.
- He was brought, an I learned from his history that years before he had
had gonorrhoea; that it had been suppressed with injections.
- I put him under such constitutional treatment as these theories that I
have just mentioned guided me to, and I cured him.
- In our city I have cured twenty-five or thirty cases of this peculiar
kind of sycosis that dated back to a latent gonorrhoea."

Although some allopaths might think gonorrhea N does not cause
constitutional sequels after treatment with injections and antibiotics the
records of homoeopaths show otherwise. Let us not follow them in their
ignorance! The gonorrheal N species of sycosis causes serous chronic
diseases. The early Homoeopaths also knew that not all gonorrheal type
discharges produced chronic diseases. They properly differentiate the acute
from the chronic gonorrheas. Kent also knew this! James wrote:
"I have observed this, that there are two types of gonorrhoea - one is
a simple urethral discharge, which when stopped by injections, will not
produce a constitutional taint, because that is not sycosis; and the other
from is the sycotic gonorrhoea, which, if suppressed with injections, will
appear in constitutional symptoms."

IMO, sycotic gonorrhoea is caused by gonorrhea Neisserian. This is not
an acute or local disease. Just because we know that HPV causes genital
warts does no change the fact that we have 100 years of documentation
showing that gonorrhea N causes chronic constitutional disorders AND that
gonorrhea N and HPV warts are related in some cases. I think that the
allopathic explanation of these states is far too reductionist to be the
sole source of information about infections and sequels. I believe in the
group anamnesis, the time and progression of the related disease states and
symptoms, and the reversal of symptoms. I rest my case on the basis of the
work of generations of homoeopaths.
