Your last post (all your posts) is highly appreciated. I often have
difficulty with the concept that the costitutional remedy should be
prescribed at every situation because it would help strengthen the
vital force and thus take care of the problem.

What do you think of the idea that the constitutional remedy can be
prescribed during acute problems or acute flare ups of chronic
problems even if the presenting picture does not match the
constitutional remedy picture?

Another school of thought is that during chronic treatment with a
constitutional remedy if there is an acute problem then the chronic
treatment should be halted and an acute remedy prescribed based on
the picture presented. The chronic treatment is resumed once the
acute problem has cleared.
