I am writing to inform the problem in the voting page of "Honorary Doctorate Program" of Pioneer University and CTCH has been fixed. The problem was the lack of supporting of frontpage program in our server happened after annual upgrading.
We had to change the webhost and currently the website has transfered to new address: http://www.ctchdubai.com
There are still few broken links in new address that our staff are on this to fix everything.
