I think everyone is in agreement with that, Simon, including Gibson Miller, it would appear. I am still interested in where the list originated, though, and why it has gone on being regurgitated.

Hi Theresa,
It (or some version of it?) is in the back of Boericke, which of course
"everyone" gets, so no doubt that's a part of the reason for its
persistence? I forget where else it appears.
