.... and what about a lump (gland) that can be moved around up and over the jaw bone and back? This is in a 10 year old boy. Left side. He's had it for ages and plays with it. I really don't think it is a problem - does anyone know different? His mum worries.

Could be a stone in the saliva glands - but, nodosities, jaws, lower.
