Now may i first tell that the pt is not having any problem with wheat as
he is not a person who take wheat/ maize etc.
In Kerala rice , rice water, is the favourite food and now fish, chicken
both very hot ie spicy.

Now coming to this case when i had asked the question i had already had
given Nux as

RECTUM - DIARRHOEA - alcoholic drinks; after
Also covered the case with high marks.

So the Nux 1M at bed time on Saturday.
He was generally well his bowels got regular and no Tuesday he has
severe pain and expelled one stone. But the pain is severe and
persisting. He feels that today the output of urine is lower than usual
he is taking 2 litres of water to expel the stone.

Any advice.
