Repeated high Potencies

I unfortunately gave 3 12C's to a Silicea. It's an exact similar
because he felt great for a week. Good energy, clear thinking,
total well being UNTIL!!
5 days ago. Now he's having Arthrtic flare ups galore. It's
worrying me.
first his hip, now his foot and knee - too much too fast pealing
away of layers.
I should have used 6C's but thought his sensitivity was ok to go
with the 12.
Now what do I do? when this wears off which it will eventually, do
I repeat the 12C's or go lower potency or what?
Also you think I should do an MS to slow it down or move it on?
I'm really at a loss now due to the fact this man has been so sick.
I had no idea this would happen to him.
He's even passed Kidney Stones which is good but the arthritic flare
ups are getting to him.
Any advice?

***The new posology maxim states that anytime the first dose
produces a STRIKING AMELIORATION NO MORE MEDICINE IS NEEDED FOR THE

SLOW AMELIORATION THE REMEDY MAY BE REPEATED AT SUITABLE INTERVALS
TO
SPEED THE CURE.
