I use about 10 drops in a small tub of cream. If you phone/email Helios they
will tell you.

Hi Michelle,
You can get tubs of aqueous cream very cheaply in the chemists here, I add 1
teaspoon of tincture to 10 teaspoons of cream. Same for Arnica or
Calendula, I get through a lot of both with a child! There must be a lot of
places that sell 'bases' for creams, I did buy some firmer bases, creams and
almost a 'butter' online from the Sydney Essential Oil Co. They also have
recipes for making other things. They also have empty jars etc. although
there must be others closer to home.
Cheers, Elizabeth
