IQ32 - additional symptoms

Dear Friends,
Many of you have mentioned Opium as the answer to the 32nd Iotamed Quiz. Opium is a very good remedy for the presented case, but we have another remedy in our mind as the answer. Now to help clarify the case, we can add these symptoms to the previous ones. You can think that our imaginary patient has developed these symptoms after 2 days of unsuccessful treatment with Opium
- Dry, cracked skin.
- Cracked tip of nose.
- Bluish black tongue.
- Amel: Evening
